Extra virgin olive oil with a medium-high fruitiness, very well balanced between bitterness and spiciness. On the nose it has hints of vegetables such as tomato and artichoke, and fruits such as green apple, green banana and fig.

With a smooth entry on the palate that fills with splendor and persists as time passes, it reminds us of the olive leaf and the fruit from which it comes, harvested at veraison.
